| Brief : | To renovate the existing theatre at Manchester Grammar School | |
| Design : | Lothlorian were tasked to take out the existing internal theatre and surrounding classrooms and renovating them to a high standard. This allowed Manchester Grammar School to continue to provide the best environment for their students to work in. Small excavators and dumpers were used to break out and remove existing concrete because of the lack of space inside the building. The construction was completed on time and within budget. |
