| Design : | The housing estate was designed by our in house design team. It was built on the site of an old mechanics and surrounding wasteland off Weaver Street in Winsford, Cheshire. 9 houses were built on Weaver Street itself with another 11 houses and 24 apartments constructed on a new road called Weaver Grove. The new road and apartment car parks were designed and built by Lothlorian, including a brand new drainage system and communal green area. The project was completed on time and within budget. |
